We do not offer refunds or accept returns for used laptops and other second-hand products once the purchase is completed. Please carefully review all product photos, specifications, and condition details or contact with us before placing your order.
For defective products
If the product has a functional defect that was not disclosed in advance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will inspect the product and provide repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.30-day warranty

Step 1: Contact us first
Please contact us via Messenger or email and our engineers will provide remote support to diagnose and resolve the issue.
Step 2: Return if necessary
If we cannot resolve the issue remotely, please return the laptop to our office with all accessories.

Step 3: Repair or replace
Once the product arrives, we will inspect and repair it. If the product cannot be repaired, we will consult with you and provide a replacement.
